Not that we needed your confirmation considering you got linked to a doctor that sold steroids to athletes and then coincidentally lost 20 pounds right after, but yeah.

For those of you who don't know, Shane Carwin actually posts on reddit. It's really him.

I mean yeah, tell us something we don't know shane. lol. Jokes aside though, good on him for actually coming out with some honesty. Others will do their best to deny it all the way to the grave.
 
Interesting and thanks for confirming. I had no doubt he was using something. Plus wasn't he on some dealers list that was confiscated some time ago?
 
It doesn't necessarily prove him to be a cheat, although it could very easily be just that. HGH is used a lot in recovery. However, the "I would say do not" seems to point at a more sinister product.
 
They all are guys, some just were on dat bike a little better. If you fight long enough you gonna get caught.

Recovery for training like a madman lifting weights and fighting constantly is STILL cheating because it helps build new muscle.

If you mean recovery like after a major surgery for a torn muscle for instance, then yes--not really cheating.
