I don't care for Strickland. He has an unlikeable face, attitude and schtick. One of these days soon, he's going to be jabbering to the wrong dude in the cage and I can't wait

They can also pick a personality and do the same. If they do it long enough it starts crossing over into their real personality lol.Strickland is doing pro wrestling 101, take your natural personality and amplify it by 100
His schtick is unique though. Got to give him points for that. He doesn't even have to be constantly funny like Chael and Colby to get people talking. That whole what would Trevor say, is a bit entertaining on it's own.
Who said he’s a psychotic lunatic that wants to murder people? Whoever believing this please reply lol. I actually watched his post and pre pressers. The guy is actually quite relatable between the lines. Even gave Hermansson plenty of love.Unique to MMA, maybe.
WWF harnessed the serial killer gimmick decades ago when they gave Steve Austin the 'Ice Man' Richard Kuklinski gimmick, renamed as 'Stone Cold'.
Plenty of other pro wrestlers have copied serial killer likenesses in the search for a balance between realistic and over-the-top, going way back.
To be honest, I think it's pretty stupid that sports fans are buying into these gimmicks. They don't add anything to fights unless the athlete actually adopts a suitable style.
Sean Strickland's fight style is cool, because he's got cardio for days, boxes people up pretty good, and his elusiveness is through the roof - but as a psychotic lunatic who wants to murder people?
Yeah, no.

Agreed at least he’s trying to take a different direction with it. Everyone else just turns out to be a dollar store version of ChaelHis schtick is unique though. Got to give him points for that.
