San Francisco prosecutor won't charge man accused in 2013 baseball game stabbing
Prosecutors have decided not to prosecute a man in the stabbing death of a Dodger's fan during an altercation after a Los Angeles-San Francisco baseball game last year.
District Attorney George Gascon said in a statement Friday that prosecutors wouldn't file charges against Michael Montgomery because they didn't believe they had enough evidence to prove that Montgomery didn't act in self-defense when he killed Jonathan Denver.
Should there be calls for laws to ban the caring of all knifes? After all if he had not had a knife then he could have just taken his beating like a man, so what if he was severely beating and permanently injured or killed. He could have taken it like a man.
If he had not had the knife would he have been so confident as to get in an argument with the other guys.
(Note I do agree getting into a fight over a team is stupid in the first place, but shit happens)
