Being done for the anniversary of V day, but it's not hard to read between the lines.

edit:
some points

1. It is believed the test violated the 2010 new start treaty

2. The aim of the test was to prepare for a full scale nuclear attack from the USA and NATO

3. China will be joining Russia in the tests soon

Russian President Vladimir Putin has overseen test launches of the country’s most powerful rockets.

Putin reportedly said the exercises simulated a retaliatory nuclear strike.

It comes after Britain said it had deployed a destroyer to track a Russian aircraft carrier sailing close to its coastal waters.

“Today, as part of the planned events, we will activate all the different armed forces of the Russian Federation, over all of the territory of Russia,” explained Putin, adding, “Including the nuclear forces.”

So let's assume Russia, U.S.A and Europe nuke each other.

Who becomes the new power as those countries collapse and fold?

China? Japan? Australia? Canada?

LOL.

Nuclear war will never happen.

fuck putin and all the other war mongering fuck heads.

You mean like the US who has engaged in three wars (where we were the aggressor) and various "peace keeping" missions in the past 24 years?

You mean like Chechnya, Georgia, and Crimea?

Oh... wait...

Putin nuthuggers are possibly more annoying than "libertarians".

That article tells us nothing. What are they testing?!? ICBM's? We test our minuteman III too. Are they actually testing a NUCLEAR weapon? With a physics package and all? If they are violating the START treaty, which part?

I don't give a shit about Putin or those countries honestly. Let the EU go defend Ukraine. Ukraine wants to be part of the EU, not the 51st US state. Sooooo not our problem.
