Rose reminds me of Yoel(fighting wise)

Rose wasn't a good striker, but as Yoel has wrestling , she has a feared grappling game. She now evolved striking since her fight with Karolina and looks to improve every fight, not looking only falling on her grappling. Yoel also didn't use a lot of wrestling but was always looking to improve his striking and use wrestling ability to intimidate his fighters or turn into scrambles. Yoel became a great striker with varied arsenal and unique movement and pace since his humble beginnings, much like Rose has evolved her striking. Rose and Yoel both show the same awareness to go guns blazing the last round, different from previous rounds being that they are willing to take one on the chin, as seen in Yoel vs Brunson Kennedy Whittaker, and now seen in Rose vs Joanna 2.

In short, I see them being both similar in their approach to fighting in the ufc. It speaks volumes for Rose since Yoel is old and wise and she is so young.

I thought you were going to talk about the similarities in the technique of their one two's where they both cover a lot of distance often sorta hopping into that left cross and both being southpaws of course among some other stuff like how often they use it,it's like almost all Yoel does lol.

The similarities of their striking improvements you explain I don't really see as Rose's striking was way improved while Yoel's always been a dangerous striker with a similar style and no giant improvements (depends on what you consider giant I guess).Rose went from super awkward wacky jumping crap into a capable striker with basics while Yoel always sorta had basics,or I should say basics for his style that he still has today.Just a weird comparison,you can basically say 90% of ufc fighters improve their stand up a lot and say they are similar in this same way.
