Just take points for every single one, whether intentional or not.

It'll force these low level MMA strikers to learn how to not do it.

In ONE, the MT guys fight with MMA gloves. They're always pawing at the face with their hands. Fingers are always out. I think I've seen less than 10 eye pokes over the course of like 50 cards, and only like 2 of them ruined a fight.
