This is the fist time I ever heard of it, but I always thought it was an ear lobe crease that meant you had cardiovascular disease.

Those who had wrinkle scores of two and three had almost 10 times the risk of dying compared with people who had wrinkle scores of zero, after adjustments for age, gender, education, smoking status, blood pressure, heart rate, diabetes and lipid levels.

The team didn’t find a definite reason for the link, but theorised that it could be connected to atherosclerosis – the hardening of arteries due to plaque build-up – which is a major contributor to heart attacks and other cardiovascular events.

I didn't do a scientific study, but every dude I've ever seen with back of the neck rolls looks like a heart attack waiting to happen.

Yeah I heard about this. There's also a correlation between premature balding on the crown of the head (funnily enough it seems that the risk factor is there only if you lose the hair on the crown) and premature greying and heart disease, they don't know why but it's a finding that has been pretty consistent in medical literature (in Finland, India, Japan, etc).

aren't wrinkles on the forehead a result of stress? stress can be due to many reasons, no? you can eat really healthy, and work out a lot, but if there are things in your life that make you stressful, i would imagine the creases in your forehead would emerge.

Also, if your hand is bigger than your face, that means you have AIDS.

You know what else is a sign of cardiovascular disease???

I doubt there is any truth to this.

It’s like that bullshit about red faced people having high blood pressure or being alcoholics.

Broscience abounds.

I read somewhere that if you have grey hair but your eye brows are still dark you are at risk as well.

But the one they said the most for cardio vascular is the ear lope crease also Ear hair growth.

Possibly but its a complex problem that is not completely understood. I've known several thin and healthy people that have had heart attacks.
it has to do with cholesterol, I think some of those skinny healthy looking people have clogged arteries that one trainer who got a heart attack said it was from his high saturated fat intake from eating red meat daily he was eating red meat and cheese, now he said he is mostly vegan with fish eating.

Oh I'm not saying that being fat is good or eating cholesterol is good, just that its not totally understood. You can have great cholesterol levels and still have heart failure.
