This is one of the biggest Kickboxing fight left right now. In their first fight Badr won the 1st round but then Rico in his usual manner was coming back & then Badr faked an injury. I mean you really can't blame him there cause a KO/TKO loss means He wouldn't have gotten this rematch.

So who are you putting your bet on. Mine is on Rico he is young & still has lots to achive while Hari is a spent force.

I got Rico, Hari is too old and shop worn. Rico is younger, fresher and a massive guy in his own right, naturally thicker than Hari and can probably take more punishment. In their primes, Hari no doubt!

Badr is done and has been for years, you can’t just come back against the top guy

what speaks for Hari?? dude hasnt fought for years while Rico was dominating everyone

I disagree. IMO he was never the elite, but he will be the level behind what you will call elite. Rico is way too much technical, methodical great gastank for a heavyweight & can put your lights out as well. While Badr always had a questionable chin.

Badr could beat anyone on any given day in his prime, he wasn't like GSP who would ensure he won no matter what but he had the tools to win.

Rico gonna wreck shop.
Hari will probably either be faking an injury or doing something to get him disqualified as soon as he realizes that he is going to get his rear end handed to him.

How does Rico have so little KO power while being so big, it's bizarre.

That's for sure, but IMO if they fight 10 times, 7 out of 10 Times Rico takes this.

I know it's like muscles don't = KO power, who knew...

He's a 250lb+ man that has almost no KO power, that's very strange regardless of his muscles. A 29% finishing ratio for a HW combat athlete is extremely low.

Hari at his best still was suspect AF, never won a big tournament and lost big fights as much as he won them. The worst possible matchup for hari is a patient striker, which is exactly what rico is.
I think hari is getting stopped after one or two
entertaining rounds

Rico should take it pretty easily unless he gets koed in the first round. But i doubt Badr still has the same ferocity than in his prime

there's a few reasons. reason 1: he's a point fighter. reason 2: he fights to maintain his defense at all times rather than a fighter who will gamble for the finish. reason 3: naturally he's not an explosive striker.

all those reasons with the fact that his mindset is stuck on winning in the most safest way possible and you have the kickboxing version of GSP. i mean, he couldn't even finish Bigfoot in 1 rd for fucks sake, that's how safe this guy plays.

Hari was never suspect, he just wasn't a calculated patient striker. His natural instinct was to do serious damage and go berserk as evident by his disqualifications for hitting guys who were already down.
