Greetings and salutations readers! In this review I'll be reviewing Revgear's Air Mitts. Revgear has been around for a while and mostly catered to the Krav Maga crowd but recently started marketing to the MMA crowd by introducing more gloves, shinguards, and apparel. These Air Mitts are also part of their new equipment being offered. Let's see if they are something that can compete with the other Air Mitts.

When I received these mitts I was really surprised by the thickness, size and weight of them. While they do look very plain and simple they make up for it in performance and quality. They're made out of 100% thick, all leather construction and has 3

Do you think the air pocket itself soaks up much of the impact or is the padding doing most of the work?

Thanks guys. I think the 3 inch gap and the soft foam combo are both doing their job in absorbing the shock from the punches, but the foam is breaking down already which kinda sucks.
