Allright, fellas. It's been a couple of years since I used a stack to go from 240 to 180. I'm 32, and when I had originally gotten porky I found myself constantly lethargic, and just didn't have the energy to go to the gym. Fellow SD member pointed me towards ECA, gave me dosage tips, and that shit worked. Gym+diet+ECA=Dramatic weight loss.

I stopped taking it early 2012 when I was at my target weight. Kept exercising, kept eating healthy (although I immediately started eating larger portions), all was relatively good. This past November I hurt my hip in a fall (old man accident) and have been laid up for over four months. Naturally, I got fat. 230 pounds at this moment. I finally got the all-green to start working out and being normal again, and guess what? I get tired easily, have no energy when I'm home from work, and eat like shit.

I go on to Amazon to order what I need, and surprise, no Bronkaid available. Apparently there was some sort of recall? If anyone knows of a good replacement for Bronkaid, I'd appreciate it. Quick heads-up: Calender is allergic to aspirin.

Advance thanks if anyone can point me in the right direction.

It was recalled but that was awhile back, just had packaging issues I think something wasnt labeled right. Go to almost any pharmacy and they have it but its probably behind the counter.

Yeah you cna find it in other places. Alternatively, you can try out the original formula of oxyelite pro: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/usplabs/oxyelite-pro-60-capsules.html

I found I liked OEP better than ECA. It didn't give me the same jitters or other side effects, and DMAA has a shorter half life which meant it didn't give me trouble sleeping. It also doesn't make me sweat like crazy all day or make my heart beat too fast.

I guess it depends how much working out you'll be doing. I do BJJ and if I take ECA it gasses me out really quickly. DMAA makes me feel great.

I second the primatene vote over bronkaid. the HCl in primatene will be uptaken better by the body than the sulfate found in bronkaid. As far as OEP or other DMAA containing products, they do have a much more subtle effect than ECA, but I also haven't found any pre-workout that gets the performance levels out of me that ECA does.

It really depends on what you'll be doing, though. For something like BJJ, eca will make you gas out fairly quickly - though you will go hard before gassing. DMAA gives me better cardio for longer.

I guess it all depends on the person...I drink a cup of coffee before BJJ class and sip gatorade throughout the class and get through just fine...but I do my best not to "go hard" as my technique suffers, I try to use the "slow is smooth, smooth is fast" mindset.

You drink a cup of coffee before BJJ after also taking ECA? And how long have you been training?

To demonstrate what I mean, with ECA I would be able to do 1-2 really hard rolls before having to take a break. Whereas with DMAA I can roll 5-6+ rolls in a row no problem.

I take ECA but only as a pre-workout for my cardio (distance running) and lifting sessions, not in conjunction with my BJJ. If it's a non-training day of any sort (weekends) I 25/200/81 it immediately after breakfast and lunch. If I am having other sources of caffeine throughout the day, I eliminate the stack entirely.

So it works like this for me.

Cardio only day: ECA stack on empty stomach, cardio, eat. Stack after lunch.
Cardio & weights: ECA stack before each work out, second coming at 4:00 p.m. lifting by 4:30
Cardio & BJJ: ECA stack before cardio, no ECA stack with lunch, coffee before BJJ @ 6 p.m.
No workout: ECA stack after breakfast and lunch.

I am not opposed to the DMAA or ECA before BJJ, but I am already a sweater, and I sweat that much more on both, and I wouldn't want to do that to my training partners.

Ok that makes more sense. Yeah it depends what you're doing. For BJJ, DMAA is fantastic. ECA not so much - though it seems you've figured that out :)
