Blank Check Kiss

  • It's Disney/Hollywood what did you expect?

  • He's a millionaire what did you expect?

  • How come this never happens to me?

  • Hey Preston! Quit stealing my moves!

  • This is cringe/uncomfortable

  • I don't have a problem with this

12 year old kid finds a blank check and cashes it for a million. End of movie the hot cop has a fake date with 12 year old and makes an arrangement to date him when he's 18 and she ends it with kissing him.

Now this scene is being shown for outrage due to content matter. She's 32 he's 12.

What's your opinion on this?

For me personally I don't see an issue with it. It's fantasy not real. It would be like watching Lolita (1962) and thinking that James Mason really wanted to fuck Sue Lyon because it was in the movie.
Films are not real life, no doubt the kids parents signed consent forms and the child had the scene explained to him. Similar to the way McLovin wasn't 18 when they filmed his sex scene in Superbad and his mother had to be on set.

In the film Blame it on Rio one of the actresses who got naked for most of the film was only 17 and time of filming. They got a judges permission to film the scenes. Michael Cain was in that film and had multiple sex scenes with her. I imagine the moral outrage for that would be higher than an adult kissing a 12 year old on the lips.

Was it Demi Moore?

In a movie, this movie was prophetic.

Nowadays, it seems like criminals (that call themselves female teachers and female professors) can't keep their hands off of children that are 11 and 12 years old.

It’s a silly moment not meant to be truly sexual, so it’s ok. Generally Hollywood movies where kids fall in love with adults has taken on a creepier undertone the last few years though. Now that we know there’s an element of adult sexual fantasy at play with the producers in some of these movies, it’s not the same carefree kids story in my head.

I’m not mad about it or anything, and I’ll probably never watch that movie again, but I get why people are at least having some negative underlying response, knowing that kid probably got abused as part of his initiation to the business, and it wasn’t some beautiful woman trying to kiss him in reality.

<LikeReally5> yeah whatever that was, was trash

What a difference a simple kiss on the cheek would have made in that scene.

Leave it to Hollywood to give you a 12 yr old kissing a 32 yr old on the lips as they talk about when the child will be old enough to have sex with the adult

Don't know the movie, but it looks bad.

A 32 year old man kissing a 12 year old girl like that seems terrible. I see no reason why this wouldn't be considered terrible as well.
The movie is legendary

A lot of alpha-level Sher-sperm was spunked due to this movie...

Jodie Foater Taxi Driver. Or Brooke Shields Blue Lagoon about 100x worse than this.
