Did a great Jujutsu class yesterday but I looked at myself in the mirror after and I have a bunch of red dots all over my face anyone know what this could be?

Are you pale? Happens to my legs after running. I'm pretty white. Just from capillaries dilating.

for a brief moment in time i didnt know what to think of post ts, but maybe you have staph??

I'm going to go with a bunch of popped capillaries from a good choke.

can that happen just under your eyes??

Yeah, you have capillaries all over your face, including in and around your eyes. All of those are susceptible to popping. I actually know someone that puked so hard that they popped capillaries in their face, resulting in a bunch of red dots. I'm sure getting choked really good could cause the same effect.

If your training Gi then I would say its GI burn. I wear a muscle shirt sometimes when I train and I have had a red dot like rash all over my chest but after I showered and slept the were pretty much gone in the morning.

I hope for your sake its not Staph...

You win the thead

TS, either capalaries or heat rash. Give it a couple days and if it doesn't clear up go to the doctor. Provided it isn't Hellboy's snipers, inwhich case you are probably already dead.

Yep.

I have pale skin and this happens to me if I take a few weeks off grappling and come back. When I'm training consistently it doesn't happen, but if I take a vacation and come back to BJJ, I will have little red dots under my eyes for a couple days after.

I've noticed this as well, when I train regularly my face doesn't have red spots.

Blood vessels popped. They'll be gone in a day or two. I get them after extreme heavy lifting sometimes.

I was put in hard chokes/triangles a few times were I was definitely fighting them off I think thats what caused it.
