Health Recommend some super foods for my immune system

Pretty sure immune boosters are more preventative rather than something of benefit once already sick. You're best off just staying hydrated and getting sufficient sleep.

I'm sick as a dog right now. Fever, headache, and dear God the sore throat is one of the worst I've had.

So I'm resting and and taking vitamins but thought I could get some super food recommendations to speed up my recovery

You can't just stay hydrated and sleep. Your sick body needs specific nutrients to fight the COVID/flu. Your brain and internet are there to figure out what nutrients are needed.

Mexican nopales have a lot of vitamins but they taste sour AF it's an aquired taste.

Water and sleep are the most important. If you ignore either then you're going to be a mess no matter what you put in your system.

I recently had the flu for the first time in about 15 years. As soon as it was clear I had it, I drank a ton of water and slept, which completely limited its effect. After about 30 hours, I was able to eat and start walking around somewhat normally. If I had been dehydrated or stayed awake, I have no doubt I would have been a disaster for quite a while longer.

Semen is known to cure cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and the flu, but ONLY from a dude with a lisp.

Cold Canned/jarred pears, they helps soothe the throat like no other. Some chick I used to work with told me about it and it’s a godsend.
