I've been listening to Morning Kombat for a while now, but I've reached the end of my road with cringy redditor midwit Luke Thomas, so I'm looking for a replacement. Ariel is not quite my speed, either, I'm looking for something with no interviews, just the host(s) talking about recent MMA news and upcoming events.

Ariel (ik most hate), MMA Guru is hilarious, Sean O'malley actually aint bad. Personally I don't know how you fell on watching Luke Thomas. I find him insufferable a lot more than Ariel can be.

I’ll probably get hate this but that’s all MMA GURU does, headlines and fight picks.

MMAarcade podcast with Rob Whittaker is pretty good
Well that is one I at least could give a try!
52 episodes. MamAcademy sounds interesting too!
Although I don't really understand how the algorithm connected Whittakers pod with a German speaking pod about motherhood?

Not really what OP asked for since it some weeks it has a guest but other people may enjoy it:

thecasualsmma

As the name says it is not a serious mma podcast, just a bunch of casuals talking shit. Not really something you would put and give 100% attention, but works well as background noise.

My only beef with him is he takes 30 mins to say 5 mins of stuff, really repeats himself over, and over, and over.

I just don't have that kind of time in my life.

Luke's post fight analysis is pretty good, never gave Morning Kombat a chance, not sure I would want to listen to that. Depends what you are into, almost everyone is super bias tbh.

I feel ya. Guru is okay sometimes, Helwani is okay sometimes too but Im also not a big fan of fighter interviews.

Hopefully Chuck Mindenhall starts doing a weekly pod, maybe with Shaheen? I could listen to Chuck talk about MMA for hours. The man is highly intelligent, funny, & doesnt come off as a pretentious try-hard like Luke.

Weighing In, Josh Thomson and BJM. They just do news, breakdowns and post fight reviews. BJM has been around since UFC 2 so probably the best historian in the sport.

Never been able to listen to anything outside of Rampage's podcast. Rampage's "humor" really takes away from the conversation imo but they have super interesting guests and his camaraderie with other fighters is pretty awesome to see.

Between the links with Mike heck is my go to mmapodcast

Chris Lytle's is good but the production is terrible. The Art Davie pod was great but you couldn't hear him for a lot of it, really disappointing
