RE7 feels like Clive Barker's Undying rip off

Both games enjoyable by the way. If you liked RE7 then give Undying a go. You will not be disappointed.

Undying is about 30 hours+ game (yeah, they used to make games this long in the past)

Where RE7 took me 7:45 on normal difficulty.

The thing I didnt like much about RE7 was very short and limited introduction to the family. I definitely see where Capcom went with this idea with each member having its own 'environment' and for a moment somewhere I had Undying in my head.

Just google "Clive barker undying length". It's consistent with what others say. There are even complaints that it's too short. FPS games are notorious for short campaigns.
