OK so I wear a size Medium tshirt and it fits perfect. Should I get a M rash guard? i know they are supposed to run a little snug but idk what size to get.

Most brands are true to size. I wear medium tees and all my rashgaurds are mediums as well. I've got some from Sirius, Hayabusa, Nogi, Manto, and Kaizen. As far as sizing goes, Manto is the only one that really sticks out, as it runs a little large. I've heard some people say Nogi runs small, but mine fits similarly to the rest of my RG's. I've found that the banding around the neck and arms is tighter, though.

Which brand specifically were you looking at? If you let us know someone here is bound to have had experience with them, and could give you some insight.

I have two medium rashguards that fit just fine, but I also have one large. It just depends on how tight you want it.

im not really picky but i was looking at badboy, nogi, manto, venum, and warrior.

I go a size up, The mediums fit fine, but can be hard to peel off after a training session

+1 for the Manto and Bad Boy Rash Guards.

I have both and they are excellent.

The Bad Boy is thicker then the Manto, but once training I don't notice any difference in a negative or positive way.

The Manto is a little snug in the armpits (I've heard others say this too), but again, once training it's never a bother and I actually like the feeling of it now. It has a secure feeling. You'll see what I'm saying when you get one.

I don't have any experience with the other brands you listed, but I recommend the Manto and Bad Boy...I will be buying any new Manto's that come out too...the artwork on them is awesome!

I wear a Large but should wear Medium but I like looser shirts, But own a small short sleeve Under Armor and its fine. I also own a Medium long sleeve Hayabusa and its fine too lol.

I doubt that helped but..

I wear medium t-shirts and have a medium Under Armour and a small NoGi long sleeve and they both fit the same. Couldn't tell the difference.

If you look at a website like mmawarehouse, they usually have reviews from people who bought the item. It'll either say fits true to size (a Medium fitting like a Medium) or fits tight (a Large fitting like a Medium). Hope this helps!

thanks
im down to 4 choices
paranah gear
venum
bad boy
warrior

I have a Venum long sleeve. I wouldn't go with a long sleeve though (it's personal preference after trying it out). Stick to short sleeve in either of those (don't know too much about Piranha gear) and you should be fine.

Warrior is pretty good with customer service too and has coupons often.

No, you would be a Medium in Bad Boy and it would fit you perfectly. I wear a Large in both the Bad Boy and Manto. I'm 6'2" and weigh 186lbs.

thanks!:icon_chee

and I prefer LONG Sleeve, but I'm super paranoid about other peoples sweat and whatever else getting on me.
