So I just moved from the Northern California coast, where the temperature got no hotter than 75° to Phoenix. So I was wondering if anyone has tried the cooling pillow tops or anything similar to keep your bed cool at night? Sheets? Mattress? Etc. I get overwhelmed when I Google search it and the reviews are all over the board. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Get a bed jet. Otherwise a cooling comforter that wicks sweat and is light weight is your best bet. Really it's all about regulating the temperature in your bedroom and limiting heat retention with your comforter. Cooling Mattresses and pillows don't do as much as they advertise

Really nice Goose down pillows and 800+tc sheets are a must for me. That's all that has ever really worked. I'm a really hot sleeper so I've tried almost everything. If you've got the money, those fancy temperature controlled mattresses seem nifty, but I have not personally tried one.

Thanks. I guess I'm just going AC on it.

I bought maybe microfiber like sheets from Target and there was so much friction, it was hot and hard to toss and turn.

Before Kmart finally shut down, I bought some Cannon and those were not bad.

What I like is the Walmart sporting goods sleeping bag material. Not sure if nylon or polyester, but it feels cool and will keep you warm when it's cold. That material as a bed sheet would be good. I suppose if you find out what it is, you could custom make a bed sheet with that fabric. Actually, I might try that.

It’s only going to get worse, pal. The world is heating up, and many of the homes in Arizona were designed for other parts of the country, which means flipping your pillow isn’t going to cut it. As others have said, you have to crank the AC.

I lived in Vegas for 30 years and had a ceiling fan right above my bed. Now I get nauseous when the temperature goes above 80 degrees.

Phoenix gets hotter than fuck.

I stayed in an Ice Hotel once in Sweden. Pretty cool.
