She beat someone who didn't deserve to be in the cage with her, who was a -1200 underdog, and she earns the performance of the night? Dana finding ways to hype R3 up some more and give her money under the table.

Agreed. That is bull. I'd give it to Weidman or Hall (for fighting through that sick broken toe)

The card was not too great.
The only others that could have gotten the bonus was Faber and Font.

Well it's not under the table if it's a performance bonus, and the only people who give a shit or look out for those bonuses are hardcore fans.

Casuals could give two shits about that bonus, so not sure how they could use that in anyway to hype Ronda.

She beat the person they put in front of her, and she did so in impressive fashion. She absolutely deserves that bonus.

This takes Ronda hate to whole nother level. I'm not saying she definitely deserved it, but how can you say its bs if she finishes her opponent like that in 16 seconds.

Now I remember why I haven't been on this site for 4 months.

She got the 2nd quickest knockout in title fight history.

In a division that everyone is crying about the fighters not having finishing power.

As a person that people were constantly claiming is a one-trick pony.

You guys need to lay off the hateraid.

She earned that POTN bonus.

Did Corture win a bonus for submitting Toney? I don't remember, but I would liken that match up to the fight I saw last night.

Casuals could give two shits about a lot of what the UFC does, but the UFC still does it. That includes giving bonuses to someone who is the clearly the beneficiary of shoddy matchmaking and the UFC's push to make money at the cost of their fighters' well-being.

Name a better performance. She dominated her opponent and won in 16 seconds. It wasn't a fluke KO either. She hit her with an overhand right, a knee, to the judo throw and played a sick drumbeat on Davis's face for the KO.

TS is just another crybaby trying hard to discredit Ronda.

Who the hell would you give it to if not Ronda? It doesn't matter about what you think of Davis, it was literally a perfect fight...the definition of the bonus...

If the #2 ranked fighter doesn't deserve to be in the cage with the champion, then the main event was an even bigger farce than Ronda's fight.

Perfect performances = Performance bonuses

Totally justified.

I ain't a Ronda fan but nobody else had a performance as impressive as hers last night. Complete and utter domination with a classic finish, where her opponent spends more time trying to takedown the ref than her fight lasted.

I'm not really much of a fan of Rousey, nor am I really a detractor. But that was a pretty perfect finish. I mean I knew she was going to win, but she just made that look too easy.

Even if the person shouldn't have been there in the first place? Other fighters fought tougher opponents who actually could give them a fight.

She's a standard-bearer for the sport who fucking decimated her opponent in 16 seconds.

Pay the woman.

Disagree. The majority of the crybaby MMA fans are not "hardcore"

What are you talking about? Alexis is ranked number two. Get a fucking clue.
