Nobuhiko Takada was a large part of the reason PRIDE started. He finished his career 2-6-2

One of those "wins" was a work over Mark Coleman. Coleman has gone on record admitting that he threw this fight for cash.

My question is in regards to two of his other fights.

Was his first "win" against Kyle Sturgeon a work too???

I'm also seeing that he was in a draw with Crocop. I have to believe that this was a work too considering CroCop would otherwise destroy Takada. Why was this fight a draw????

Since I haven't seen either fight, can anyone corroborate?

I don’t recall the Cro Cop fight as I’m sure I’ve seen it, but it was years ago.

I know the Sturgeon fight was fixed as Sturgeon would hit him with the lightest kicks and Takada would fly across the ring for them and there was plenty of cooperation in the grappling exchanges as well which confirmed it was a work.

Sturgeon was 100% worked. Crocop was never going to completely throw the fight, but I wouldn't doubt if he was paid to not decapitate Takada. He didn't really push the issue, kinda coasted

I remember watching old fights with brazilian commentators... And they would even say that when the fight was fixed, Takada would appear smiling and chilled... And when the fight wasn't fixed, he would have a serious look and some sort of scared face.
