Pork ribs all the way. I love to crock pot a few racks in seasonimg, BBQ sauce and ginger ale while I'm at work and then make sandwiches with them on a good roll.

Ribs are great, but there's something about a steak that simply can't be matched by anything else.

Must be exceptionally high-quality beef, with a good marble of dark yellow fat running through, and cooked in the correct manner - with a strong crust of seasoning, done over a screaming hot wood fire on a thick iron grill, well rested, and served rare. With chips, some steamed vegetables, and whole grain mustard. Perhaps with a small jug of bernaise on the side.

Edit - drink will be either a world-class Argie Malbec, or if we're having this in France, a vintage Pontet-Canet.

My mouth is now watering.

I'll eat BBQ ribs over steak any day of the week.

Nice side of a spicy peanut coleslaw and some corn bread is as good as anything you'll ever eat

Bro. Depends on how each are made. Slow roasted on the smoker for 6 hours over a shitty ribeye that's shown on the picture I'll take the good ribs. If it's a good seared steak with a good marbling in it Along side ribs in a crock pot as described:

I'll take the steak. Because those ribs sound absolutely disgusting.

I just did a quick lazy google search but the idea is to post your own personal dream best scenario of each

then vote for the best one which also means you can't have the other for the rest of your life :P

Let me just say this about this:
Delicious choice.
Hard to lose, two great ways to win!

Ribeye being the better cut and less messy.

ribeye of course. Just a better cut of meat

This. Proved by all the rub, sauce and fucking around you need to do good ribs. With a rib eye, salt and pepper, fire up that charcoal grill, reverse sear and there you go.
