No, too low a centre of gravity. It's one thing to do it to Big Show, who is 450lbs, but he's also 7', much higher centre of gravity, much easier to get over. Brock has 7" on the guy, so he'd have to get MUCH lower, and with all that weight, he might be unsuplexable.

He'd have to back suplex him, which would mean getting under the armpit... is a suplex worth that?

They should actually book that as an angle, the man Brock can't suplex. It be kind of like that idea about the hunchbacks who can never be pinned.
