Supplements Protein Powder Recommendations

Can you all recommend some organic, healthiest protein powder to add in smoothies? Anything good available from Costco? I'm most concerned about it being healthy and not packed with chemicals. Thank you.

I use optimum choice. Blend it with coffee, banana, & 3 scoops of peanut butter & maybe some almond milk. Is delicious & with the scoops & shit I throw in there bout 45-50 grams per shaker.

Double chocolate or Mochachino are flavors I use mainly.

I use natural whey, literally whey powder and nothing else in it. Taste a little odd but you get used to it and if your blitzing it with other things it blends in easily and you dont notice it. Would link it but I'm in New Zealand so you'll want to find something closer to home.

Years ago a friend of mine, who sells supplements told me to buy as much as I can of what I need, because the prices will increase drastically, because of the ukrainian war.
I didn't at the time and it turned out that he was right. The stuff got crazy expensive.

I buy the cheapest protein powder I can find that has:

- the highest protein/100 g
- the least amount of carbs/fats/100 g
- the highest amount of leucine per serving (ideally above 10-12 g, if my memory serves me right)

Most whey products that fit this criteria will probably be on the more expensive side.
