Problem with sherdog mobile

I'm having some trouble with sherdog mobile. I'm on a tablet and in the UFC Discussion I'll be in mobile but randomly if I go to the next Page in a thread it'll be in desktop version. And if I click ufc discussion at the top while viewing a thread it takes me to ufc discussion in desktop. Anyone else experiencing this?
 
I had a similar problem while browsing on an Android phone. I would switch the forum view to mobile, click a page or two, and it would be back to desktop view. I found out that, with the Opera browser at least, that you can switch a setting called User Agent. In short, it makes whichever website you are looking at think you are either using a mobile device or an actual desktop/laptop. Since some websites, like the Sherdog forums, have two different versions depending on what you're browsing with, it can be very handy to be able to switch between the two.

What kind of tablet and what browser are you using?
 
Visio tablet with the android browser. I assume it's the same situation?
 
Sounds about right. If you open your browser, go to Menu>More there should be an option to enable or disable mobile view. If you want the mobile version of this forum, check the mobile view option, then scroll down to the bottom of any Sherdog.net page and make sure the mobile theme is chosen.

If you want the normal "desktop" view, uncheck the mobile view option under Menu>More, then scroll to the bottom of any Sherdog.net page and choose one of the normal themes.

Im having trouble using he mobile version on Internet explorer on my desktop at work. Any suggestions?

And yeah I know ie sucks but it's not my pc.
 
I'm using Safari on an Iphone and keep getting the desktop version. Any ideas on how to fix this?
 
When I'm logged in, it is the mobile version. But it is the desktop version any other time.
 
Now I'm on my phone and its desktop version and there's an option at the top to go to mobile version. Thanks buffaloed. Or whoever
 
But now the bar across the top is annoying me because it's new. Scrap the site, start over from scratch.
 
For iPhones, as far as I've seen, if there is no User Agent options under the browser's menu then you would have to download an app that will spoof websites into thinking you're using a desktop computer instead of a mobile device. I'll do some more research and see what I can dig up.
 
I'm having the opposite problem with my iPhone. Mobile version stopped working today and I cannot get off of the desktop version.
 
Looks like they just moved the problem.
 
Currently it only works properly if you're logged in. We're working on the server configuration to make it work properly for guests.

Auto-detection with forced mobile style assignment has been dropped. It's more trouble than it's worth. Instead mobile users will see a link at the top of the page to the mobile version.
 
It should be working properly now for everyone.
