A former poster translated this book from Japanese to English. The link's been posted on here many times, but now you can actually embed the whole book! Originally he accepted donations but once he made enough to cover his wages for all his translating work he stopped charging and eventually just posted them for free. His website and blog have been taken down so It should be cool to post this.

Shit, I already had the PDF, didn't realize you had to pay for membership

Sorry about that. I'd e-mail you the PDF but I lost it when my old computer crashed, and just have a version I printed.
