Bruv, Haugesund WON 11-0. First round cupmatch against some 4th tier Tractor sellers just south from here
That's good news.👍 I was extremely tired when I misunderstood that article about the worst PL season ever. But I wasn't when I looked up that score, so I'm now worried if I'm losing it mentally.:( Started to think about a few minor occasions in the last few weeks/months when I made similar mistakes, which were always very rare for me. Tid og tidevann venter på ingen mann.

Don't worry, blud. I'm sure football messes with our minds. At least you don't sleepwalk. I had another incident a few weeks ago. Came down and found out that I (or ghost of Ola Flytt) had removed all power cables from their sockets during the night

Ruben Amorim ships four for the first time since 2021

Sunday’s fixture was only the second time that Amorim has seen his side concede four goals in a top-flight match.

The last was when his Sporting Lisbon side lost 4-3 to Benfica in May 2021. There have been 188 matches managed by the Portuguese in between this time.

The major difference, United could only put one past Newcastle, at least Sporting were somewhat close despite shipping four.

Manchester United’s lowest-ever Premier League points tally is guaranteed

Yes, even if Amorim and his Manchester United side were to win every single home game from now on – it would still be the Red Devils’ lowest-ever Premier League points tally.

While United’s worst finish is 7th, they actually accumulated their worst points total in 2021/22 when they amassed just 58 points. They won’t even obtain that this season, however.

Amorim’s side shipping as many goals as relegation candidates

Since Amorim’s first game in charge, only Southampton (59), Spurs (53) and Leicester (53) have shipped more goals in all competitions than Man Utd (48) among Premier League clubs.

Newcastle’s first double over Man Utd in 94 years

The Geordies haven’t beaten United twice in the league since 1931. View Tweet Eddie Howe’s side became the fourth team to do the league double over United this season (Brighton, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham being the others). This is, in fact, the most teams to win home and away against the Red Devils in a league campaign since 1957/58 (4).

Most defeats in a Premier League season equalled

The loss to Newcastle was United’s 14th league defeat this season, which is their joint-highest tally since… well, last season.

If they lose two more before the end of the campaign, United will equal their worst-ever top-flight season ever – which was 16 losses in 38 games in the 1989/90 season.

Newcastle not scored four against United for 24 years

Finally, the Geordies scoring four goals against the Red Devils means that they scored four against United for the first time in 24 years.

💀

@Chules is the singer and the rest of the thread is that other chick sitting there
🤣

Her parts aside from the chorus weren’t the best tbh but the chorus was pretty decent and made up for it imo.

Then again you said that, Grammy nominated and my favourite singer, Maggie Rogers sounded like a karaoke singer. That’s a blasphemous opinion, so I can’t take your musical opinions seriously ever again after that. Maggie’s music makes me feel. It makes me feel alive.

Ange Postecoglou will be sacked by Tottenham regardless of whether they win the Europa League, according to the club’s former scout.

Mick Brown, who also worked as the chief scout at Man United and Blackburn and remains very well-connected at his former clubs, exclusively told Football Insider that Daniel Levy has already made the decision behind the scenes.

Now, the only remaining decision to make is whether the 59-year-old is given the opportunity to see out the season with just six league games left to play.

has also begun assessing potential replacements, with decisions to be made about the direction they want to go in after Postecoglou’s departure.

It had also been suggested the manager’s position has now become untenable after a breakdown in his relationship with the club and the fans.

As Levy begins weighing up potential replacements for Postecoglou, a number of options have already emerged on their radar. Brown told Football Insider in March that Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola is Tottenham’s top target after an impressive season at the Vitality Stadium. The Cherries are currently 10th in the Premier League and remain just three points shy of European qualification with seven games left to play.

Meanwhile, Fulham’s Marco Silva is also on Spurs’ list of options and has impressed on a modest budget at Craven Cottage, appealing to the Tottenham hierarchy.

I used to sleep walk as a child…I would even go downstairs into our kitchen…eat a bowl of cereal…and go back to bed…it is crazy what our minds can do…

@Chules what's he been doing to get this fam? 👨‍⚕️🏥💉😷 can you sort him out for Wednesday? I'll send you a tenner through PayPal if you do and a fiver bonus if we win

has probably been around people who have been sick. Then once you’ve breathed it in and your body can’t get on top of it it’ll proliferate. Usually most chest infections are viral but in this case he was admitted because he needed stronger IV antibiotics. The severity of pneumonia can be graded with the curb-65 score here. Pneumonia symptoms can linger for weeks/months so he’ll probably feel like shit for a while yet 😢

He's going to miss the next two games at least, is what they're saying. I didn't realise it was this serious :( he obviously just needs to focus on his health and football can wait.

He gave you a shoutout

Bless him. Hope he recovers asap, top man! I work with cancer peeps atm. Super stressful and busy but equally rewarding (when I’m not getting fucked by the rota or it being understaffed)
