Wrong. The fewest goals scored in a PL season is 20 (Derby County in the Season of Death, and Sheffield United in 20/21). The most goals conceded in a PL season is 104 - Sheffield United last season. However this season is still going.
Maybe they meant the fewest scored after this many games? I'll check that in a minute.
