They just had a grappling match in Karate Combat a few months ago and it was essentially dead even.

Tunis guy who wrestled in america vs Iranian guy who wrestled in Iran. Pouya appears to be a bit sharper, and has the edge with a better submissions game, though this is not an easy fight at all.

I will bet my chips on Pouya. ACA postponed his PFL debut, but now it will finally happen the 3/10/2025. This test will reveal if Pouya is something bigger than being a can crusher. We will see.

He smoked an 8-0 heavyweight with a wrestling background in one round. He always was scary, but this was a great performance that had shown that he belongs with the elite.

The tunis guy threw a lead uppercut corkcrew without moving off the centerline neither off a counter, and he met a right hook. Unlucky I guess.

Update - according to ACA Rahmani fights for them one more time and then he can leave because PFL bought his contract from ACA.
