PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE OP BEFORE POSTING.

Greetings War Room Sherbros,

Welcome to the next installment of the Presidential sticky-threads. This one will be centered around your views on a possible impeachment of Donald Trump. Based on actual facts, not speculation, have you seen enough evidence to demand that Trump be voted out of office? If so, what has he done that warrants impeachment/removal? If not, is there something yet unproven that would change your mind?

Cheers,

Cubo

No. Sour grape over a lost election isn't a valid reason to remove a sitting President.

I think it's quite obvious: Any such move would greatly trigger the conservative base and therefore ensure Trump's reelection. Therefore, Democrats are employing what in my opinion is the correct strategy: Clear up / uncover as much as you can, but avoid the I-word.

100% absolutely yes. He'd have been charged with a felony in NY already if he wasn't the President.

He engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the American people during his own election campaign, and knowingly committed felonies to do so.

Please source those facts.

Based on "known facts" there is no reason to even talk about removing the President. The thing that would change my mind would be...facts.

As is, all we got this past week was an old man who had his house raided as if he was a serial killer, filmed by CNN that somehow knew it was going to happen, suddenly come out with an opening statement that was clearly penned by a deranged leftist that ran on for what seemed like 20 minutes with only one clear piece of information in it(how was that not a clear indication that he was being threatened to make that statement?) hidden in the HuffPo style rant...there was no collusion...by this racist, sexist, homophobic deranged lunatic that wants to destroy America, my friend, that I worked with for years...that piece of shit that is Trump...my buddy.

Seriously though. How did anyone not watch that opening statement and not walk away thinking something was very wrong? Suddenly, out of the blue, he believes Trump is a horribly evil vile person using near verbatim, leftist attacks...

I don't know what you're talking about, but please leave out comments like "deranged leftist". Thanks.

Yes, I would choose to remove him for the firing of Comey, and I've held to that. I don't consider that to be a realistic outcome, but that is my opinion.

The President was free to fire Comey for any reason. He has the right to have the team he wants working for him.

Fallacious reasoning. Otherwise legal human being actions can also be obstruction of justice. In my determination he obstructed justice, for which I would choose to remove him from office.

Abstain; in the absence of the Mueller report we don't have the facts.

Cohen. I am talking about Cohen's opening remarks during his hearings. It was a long rant that was clearly not written by him and all with only 1 clear sentence that actually had anything to do with the hearings itself. There was no known collusion.

The answer is obviously yes and here are my reasons.
Obstruction of Justice. Fired Comey, admitted it was over the “Russia thing”
Witness intimidation
Emoluments Clause, retained ownership in his business so every time he visits a trump property he is funneling tax payer money into his pocket.
Conspiracy, he clearly conspired with his son Uday regarding the Russia trump tower meeting by lying about it.
Advocating violence, Trump encouraged cops to “rough up” people under arrest. He said “both sides” which he basically sided with neo nazis. Trump shared anti muslim shit on Twitter.
Undermining the freedom of the press
Cruel and unusual punishment by separating children from their families at the border.

Admitting sexual assault, lying about everything, knowing more than the generals and just being an overall disgusting human.

Thanks. It looks like in the link @BarryDillon posted that some illegal payments (to cover up affairs) went out on Trump's behalf.
