And by that I don't mean that you're happy to see some liberal or conservative get whatever it is you think they deserve. These should be universally well-received regardless of political orientation, race, gender, national origin.

A clever 9-year-old boy has transformed the life of a kitten after he noticed that it was unable to play to play with its siblings.

João, who is from Paraná, Brazil, first met the little feline during a recent visit to his neighbor’s house.

The neighbors were caring for a litter of kittens that had been born only weeks earlier – and while they were all cute as could be, there was one cat in particular that caught João’s eye.

“[He] saw a kitten that couldn’t walk,” João’s mother Rogéria Bello Corazza said in a Facebook post. “He was very sad to see the other kittens playing, and that she couldn’t join them.”

Unable to stop thinking about the disabled animal, João started brainstorming about how he could help her.

Finally, he decided to build her a tiny custom wheelchair using materials he borrowed from a friend. Within minutes of getting her set up with the new set of wheels, she was off and rolling.

I've heard somewhere that if someone accidentally drinks a large amount of anti-freeze and don't have a hospital nearby, the best thing you can do is get them black-out drunk. The alcohol will keep their kidneys from disintegrating.

You got it. Unfortunate to see it's still on page 1, but then again most of Homer's POTWR threads were super low-volume. And the thread title kind of blends in with its nondescript-ness.

I agree that more traffic here would be nice to see. As President I'm doing nothing to drive any. Been hoping to see it take off on its own. Doesn't help that people seem to overlook the sticky section.

If you've got a better thread title I'm sure some stings could be pulled.
