After watching Donald Trump win the presidential election it got me thinking that since the US elections is basically more of a popularity contest than picking the best person for the job. Donald Trump was famous, but he's certainly not the most loved or respected celebrity out there, and I would imagine if someone really famous with a bit more credibility decided to run and dedicate himself to it, he would have a real good chance of winning.
Of course most celebrities are clueless virtue signalling shills, so you couldn't just look for the most famous idiot, it would have to be someone level headed, who demands respect, who is not prone to scandal, who does not display narcissistic traits, and who comes across as a person with integrity who will not be easily corrupted, for whom more money is not an issue, and who is only driven by doing the best he can to lead and unite the country.
I thought about who I would give my vote to for a long time, and I keep coming back to the same name. Unfortunately I think it's unrealistic because of his age, but if this man was about 20 years younger than he is, I think he would make a great president.
That's right, Clint Eastwood baby, I cant think of a character who demands more respect with zero effort, just a guy that comes across as intelligent, strong, compassionate, realistic, and honest all at the same time, even Putin would be intimidated.
But again, the only downside is his age, so I tried to think of a better candidate that's a bit younger and came up blank, so I'm gonna stick to prime Clint Eastwood being the GOAT president material. The other problem that would come into play is the fact that a smart honest guy like Clint probably wouldn't put his health and sanity on the line and wouldn't want such a position in the first place, which is just another thing that would make him great at it. Unfortunately the reality is the guy who really wants to be president, is probably not the best guy to be president.
Anyway, I'm interesting to see what candidates the rest of you will come up with, but it's hard to beat Clint imo.
