PFL World Tournament 10: 2025 Finals - 6pm ET 8-20

I've been listening to explanations about PFl judging going forward. PFL rules committee rep Big John McCarthy basically said wrestling won't be rewarded by the judges. One significant strike like a knee will count more than 3-4 minutes of cage/ground control. Herb Dean just said two days ago the UFC is heading in the same direction. They are being taught to stand up fights unless unless you're working for a finish. Herb mentioned the Khamzat stand-ups, said Goddard did it by the book. Khamzat wasn't looking for a finish.

This is wild stuff..

Or striking, in some cases:

And Little John should be nowhere near any rules committee.

⏰
Odds improved for Friday morning

Shi Ming +327
Bruna Brasil -250

looking for a finish

Might be good to add individually to any thread for Friday or even to the parlay thread for Saturday.

And if we feel like re-betting, AS1 now obv has better odds = 4.22
😃

Guessing a lot of the betting is based on thinking Shi Ming needs to look for a big moment, while Bruna might be able to avoid leaving big openings?

John is late with this shit like he always is
The rules and judging criteria changed awile ago but the judges and some refs didn't know how to aply it and most of them still dont
All the experts know when the fighters are stalling
All the experts that i respect say that khamzat was stalling
I was roothing hard for khamzat and i was oke with the standups
I hope guys like merab wo are masters of sneaky stalling are gonna get punished by letting them standup more often

Dan Hardy openly cheering against him.

Was the commentary saying that a knockdown by itself can result in a 10-8 round? 🧐

Either way the commentary is such trash.

He started slow but came on strong.

He made it clear that he won. But this should've been the moment he showed he's more than a can crusher 🥫 which isn't so clear yet.

shoeface is one of my lowkey favourite knicknames ever hhaha
les go antonio fok him uuuuuuuuupppp

Shoeface, Bootface, Fudgeface.
A lot of faces in the fight game.

Wonder if the finishes would've gone like that anyway or these guys are even more worried than usual about the judging.

Goss had helped by turning his head into a tighter choke. But either way he was trapped. Pergande got it. Not quite as fast though as @KDR by RNC

les go popov
fok this fatboy up fast please
i want to see main event before i fall asleep
