I hope they dont make the immediate rubber match. I'd like to see each guy fight someone else next and see where it stands afterwards.
Maybe we see both guys win big and collectively realize we have to see it as soon as possible, or maybe they both lose and the rubber match happens a year or two from now as a "who's still in the title mix" sort of pairing.

At the very least, Merab should have to get a win over somebody else before getting a free do over

Fiziev is no slouch, plus they’re sparring in a space where you can’t take two steps back, so the bigger guy will always have the advantage if the smaller guy can’t move around much.
