Dumb and Dumber on its own is greater than Phillips' entire filmography. Add in Kingpin, Mary, and Irene and it's a done deal.

Farrelly's top 3 there are amazing but his work quickly goes downhill after that, to nearly unwatchable by the end of the list.

Phillips started out weak but his work comes on strong later in his career.

I'd have to pick Farrelly based on his top 3 but I'd much rather watch a Phillips movie from the 2000s onward.

Philips directed some films that I did like; Hangover 1, War Dogs and Joker.

He gets my vote even though both directors are average at best, they have a few good stuff and mostly below average films.

Farrelly by a landslide. So many movies I enjoyed on that list, where Phillips the only one I liked was the hangover.

I didn't like the joker, which is probably considered his best.

He directed a segment in it, there were 13 different directors that directed 1 segment in it. Never seen it but it looked like trash.
