News P.Diddy only got 4 years?!?!

All things considered that's a fair sentence.
I think he's a broken man already and not someone people need to worry about, or a danger to the public to put it in legal terms.
After doing time for 3-4 years he's going to be even more broken.
 
Wasn't the other hardcore crimes found not guilty? I don't think the judge can sentence as if guilty on everything.

At 60 years old? Possibly. But he can do that without breaking the law. Next time it'll be 24 years and he knows it.

Speaking of jail, is there any chance they'll lock him up in the same facility as Suge Knight and they share a cell together?

some people think he got too much, some too little. It looked liked it was a possibility that he'd be set free now. He was organizing parties and stuff from what I hear. Reality sinks in real slow on celebs. Cosby was still muttering about going back to his career for a long time after the rape accusations ruined him. Those people really live in a bubble and I do not think fame is something humans usually handle very well, in fact, one way or another, it destroys a lot of celebs.

pretty much, sounded like bullshit. Made me give a bit of credence t the conspiracy theory that the trial was used as a distraction from politics. But.., Diddy is black and as much as some people never want to admit, that factors into anything American. In fact, the Mann act was created to prosecute Jack Johnson for his affinity for white women, a trumped up charge if there ever was one but unironically, Chuck Berry and MJ both had to deal with that law in the courts.

Diddy probably did a lot worse if the rumors are true than shipping in pussy or dick, word was kids were involved. If they really wanted to ruin his life they maybe could have went after him for that if there was truth to it.

This isn't 1960's Mississippi, In america, black people get protected by the government for their crimes. Anyone that says otherwise is blind or lying.

Not all the time, not all the time. I think this case was ridiculous. I also think Mike Tyson's case was very unfavorable towards him, not saying he didn't do it, I really don't know but they made sure they fucked him.

Also, having known so many black males who ended up picking up felonies in their teens for shit that most white kids would get a slap on the wrist for tells me different. Then, we had the drug laws etc..,

Diddy is an asshole but there are millions of those, the case didn't really sound that substantial. I'm no lawyer but most of the case sounded like bullshit.

I recently watched another OJ docu, and this maniac got off mainly because of how corrupt the pd is and in particular by the words out of the mouth of Fuhrman who wanted some sort of pension so he could quit because he hated other races so much.

The law itself is paradoxical, you'll have all these people on one side who say, "why'd they only give him probation" and on the other, "we have the highest rates of incarceration in the world" Judge Joe Brown has said many times that the law isn't even about justice at all, that prisons are merely like grain silos, places to store surplus labor.
