Yeah, that's crazy to me. I don't put like to be disrespected at all... first sign of it I skidaddle..... I'm not sure if it's weakness or if I should be able to take more disrespect before bouncing. I just seen where it goes once they start a little disrespect.... turns to a lot and all of a sudden you're wondering why you even wasted your time. That's why I bounce at the first sign of it.

I'm the same way it's just being smart.

I used to stick around in circles where i wasn't respected in the name of "winning people over with my natural charm". Even if it's doable not worth the effort and if you have to spend time to get someone to respect you, you're disrespecting yourself.

I get what you're saying man but sometimes i look at the world around me... society, social media, influencers and celebrities. Expecting parents to raise dignified humans with good values seems like a superhuman task. There's only so much you can do.

One of the reasons im still unsure about having any kids.

Just live your life for yourself - take care of your loved ones obviously but screw western society as a whole, it's a lost cause these days anyway... way too far gone to salvage.
