What's your favourite ritual just before the fighter enters the cage or starts their fight?
Here are a few classics to jog your memory.

Jds was my favorite. But he was always my fav fighter for a long time.

randlemans jumps came to mind to. Lol dude could literally hope out of the cage if he wanted too.

Anderson’s bows were classic, and you can’t beat fedors blank stair. Lol dude was scary as shit.

BJ Penn amping up by smacking his face is a classic image for me but I couldn’t find a decent pic of it.
Me neither I'm pretty sure in his second stint in the UFC he usually did it during the Buffer introductions.

I keep forgetting about Genki da god. This would be number 1 for prefight rituals but I almost want to say entrances could be a category with its own.…and within that category, Genki Sudo has the best entrances of all time.
Yes I agree the walkouts are more of a production for our entertainment where as the rituals are something much more personal for the fighters to let themselves know it’s go time. Adesanya’s dancing might be blurring the line between the two because I think in his case it’s not only theatrics but his pre-fight flow. Getting loose and letting loose. “I’m about to fight and I’m gonna have fun”.
