NO-Xplode + Creatine?

Hi, I just ordered NO-Xplode(beause of the positive reviews on here) and am wondering if I should stop taking my Kre-Alkelyne Creatine.......... Thanks for any replies in advance
 
No, you can keep taking Creatine. In fact, BSN reccomends stacking No-Xplode with Cellmass, their creatine product.
 
I tried to take creatine a few times and I noticed that if you take too much it can fill you up and spoil your appetite. I'd rather eat real food so I stopped taking it.
 
I "heard" theres about 1g of creatine per scoop of NO-Xplode so however many scoops a day I take I add a few grams of creatine ( to get to 5g a day ) I just use Creatine Mono powder heard CEE is better but local place doesnt carry it in powder form... mono only cost me 16 bucks for 500g and so far so good, so pretty good deal imo.
 
Take your no-explode with your creatine, no-explode doesn't have enough creatine in it.
 
I've been taking Nitrix in the morning, NO-Xplode preworkout and Cell mass Post Workout. I've actually managed to gain about 5-6lbs while lifting only twice a week and training MMA 4-5 days a week (getting ready for a fight August 5th).

The label says you don't have to cycle it.

But if you go to various forums, it is good to cycle off of it every few months because using it for long periods of time will elevate liver enzymes.

ohhhh boy... ok go read the FINE PRINT where it says that they suggest you cycle it so the effects dont diminish, when they say no loading theyre talking about the creatine ethyl ester which indeed you do not need to cycle, however with the mind blowing effects of the tyrosine and caffeine etc aka growling at weights , you do.

I found that after about a canister and a half of it I started to not feel it as much so i took a few weeks off and then it kicked in again.
 
I wouldn't totally rely on labels anyhow cause if they say not to well ya duh they wanna sell more and if they say to do it well maybe u should... I'd just say if your to the point where u don't feel it as much maybe u should.
 
no need for the extra creatine if your taking it at the same time in a mix or back to back, the body can only absorb 5 grams at a time, any more than that and youll be shittin it out, seperate em and youll be good. creatine in morn, and no-x pre workout. whoever that clown was; that said that shit about what bsn reccomends, doesnt know what hes talkin about.....sounds like he works for bsn actually, ya know the label on your shampoo bottle that says that shit about using the same brand conditioner for "full effect"?...same idea homie...pz

huh? it only has like 1g per scoop average person takes 2-3 scoops so ya u can add 2-3 g of creatine and get all the benefits...


edit: and taking it in the morning is pointless u take it before or even post workout so when your muscles have depleted the creatine it re-saturates your muscles then... taking it in the morning would be wasting it if anything because it has no where to go.

I take N.O. Xplode with creatine added 1 hour before workout ( creatine takes up to an hour to be in you fully and stays ready to re-saturate your muscles for up to an hour and a half after that )

then workout for 1 hour ( then have 30 min roughly for it to fully resaturate my muscles )

within that same 30 min ( try to take it within min after workout ) I take a protein shake with glutamine. seems to be a good routine.
 
I hear that glutamine kills the effects of NO Xplode. You may want to read up on that.........

shake ( without glut so doesnt neutralize the N.O. effects or whateva )

30 min later Cell Mass ( got away from the mono wanted something with CEE in it even though it has glut akg in it... but they suggest stacking them who freaking knows.)

then another shake before bed.


after this bottle of cell mass i'll prolly just buy CEE powder and make my own.
