No chance at combat sports due to one important facial feature?

I have pretty shallow-set eyes and not much of a eyebrow ridge. I hurt my eyeballs with pressure while wrestling with some of my friends. I usually either receive a soft direct blow to the eye or from the side and it catches the eye.

Lemme explain.
Here are some IMO ideal fighting facial features:

Take a good look at how deep-set Jeremy Stephens' eyes are and how much cover his ridge gives him. From any given angle, especially head-on, his nose, brow ridge, and cheeks are likely to bear the brunt of the attack.

Here is another great face:

McGregor can probably wear a ski cap or beanie over his eyes without the fabric touching his eyeballs.

This is what my eye depth sort of looks like:

I think it's quite dangerous and not worth it even considering the small chance someone like me could face from a direct blow.

What do you mean by "A chance at combat sports"? Even if you don't compete you can acheive skills that seem almost superhuman to the average person. The spirit of martial arts is self improvement, we dont all have the same path in life, entering combat sports isnt a career choice.

Maybe I should have rephrased it then.

Biggest risk I can take in combat sports.

Lol most asians look like that and there are plenty of great asian fighters. It's funny how your examples of bad features for fighting are frail looking women.

I think having a big nose is easier to break. . But your not always going to get it broke in every fight.

But there are surprisingly few asians in boxing/MMA/etc... maybe TS has discovered the reason why <{danawhoah}>

If you think that because some stupid face feature you are not valid to combats sports, I can assure you are not valid.

How will you face an opponent in a ring if you are that stupid.

Sparred my amateur boxer friend and I got grazed on the eyeball regularly.

Not cool.

I always thought RDA had a face that was made for combat. Look at the size of that eyebrow ridge! He's got an extra inch of skull armor plating there.

I still want to see this fight
