Don’t blame him for being frustrated. Every time big names supersede merit someone gets the shaft. Ngannou has been getting the shaft for 2 years now.

Remember this real cost next time you start cheering for unranked and undeserved Conor or GSP title shots, Lesnar fights, etc.

First, Ngannou vs Miocic is going to end the same way the first one did. Second, lots of fighters had to just keep fighting to get title shots. He has his chance and lost. He only won 4 fights since losing two in a row. GSP lost one fight and then had to fight 5 times before getting another title shot.

Miocic fought in August, it hasn't been that long. For sure there was a long layoff before that, but you can't blame Stipe for not wanting to end up one-eyed like Bisping. And Ngannou would likely have had his second TS against Miocic already if DC didn't insist on the trilogy match for his retirement fight.
