Lions actually need this game. Vikings are momentarily in first place after beating GB.

Simultaneous events showed how it works.
Luke The Nuke got a bit frustrated but came through because he wanted the win even if it wasn't going to look smooth.
The Iowa Hawkeyes were content with losing +3.


If the Viqueens somehow win the best division in football
then the Lions & Packers, regardless of making the playoffs, need to know that they partly FAILED and no one should mind seeing them lose quickly in the playoffs (as the Viqueens are almost sure to do as well).

I hope not. I'm a little worried about Gibbs now that Monty is done. Gibbs is slim, and I'm not sure he can handle a Saquan/Henry like role.
