Oh, it would have been a terrible trade for a team that is expecting to get the #1 pick. You have 3 below average QBs, why not just ride them out this year and draft your guy? Maybe they saw the 49ers grab Garropolo and wanted to be almost mediocre too.

I think they are trying to get as many as they can in hopes they pull a Redskins and hope a serviceable QB shows up out of the pile.

My absolute favorite part of the story is that the front office was celebrating trading more away for AJ fucking McCarron while the coaches were pounding the table for Jimmy G, losing their shit over the fact that they didn't get their guy. Has there ever been a bigger disconnect in an organization? Personnel people are popping bottles while coaches wanna blow their own brains out LMAO
