NBA Regular Season thread: Tank for Cooper Flagg Initiated

ESPN is glazing LeBooty James for breaking MJ’s 30 point game record. They conveniently leave out that it took MJ nearly 400 fewer games to hit the mark:

Its pretty hilarious at this point. I think outlets like ESPN are desperate for viewership and so is the NBA. In thier minds LeBron represents more basketball fans but I think they are erroneous in thier reasoning. When Leroid does something great, fine, talk about it, but when they push stories like this where its obvious to the common fan that Jordan did it YEARS faster, then it hurts their case.

Lmao @ jordcan cans crying about more games but ignoring the fact that LeGoat did it while having over 120 less 30+ fga games. And almost 200 less 25+ fga games.

Now who’s the quantity king?

30 point games with 20 or less shots

LeBron - 149
MJ - 59

MJ will always be the goat chucker.

People complaining about the quality of ball, but last seasons finals had some really good series.

T-wolves vs Nuggets was extremely entertaining. Wolves - Mavs and Thunder -Mavs were also fun.

The Celtics played a beautiful brand of basketball in the play offs as well.

I think there are still plenty of exciting dynamic plays happening throughout nba games, especially closer to the end of the season..

Only people that complain about the quality of play are the 80’s and 90’s boomer era cans.
