I'm surprised they've never fought before, but this is a toss up IMO. Nate is very susceptible to leg kicks and Edson's leg kicks are brutal. However, Edson struggles against fighters who stay in your face and Nate could overwhelm him because he's a volume striker.

Nate checked leg kicks against Pettis and this broke Anthony’s ankle. I think he learned his lesson after the Dos Anjos fight.

I think Nate pressures Edson to the cage and overwhelms him there, but Barbiza could win in 3rd fight tho.

I'd favor Barboza with his lethal kicking game, but Diaz could pressure him and mix in a few takedowns and win this one. Would be a great fight, but incredibly unlikely that we'll ever see it.

Barb if he can maintain a good fight plan that implements a lot of leg kicks, and maintain distance. This is MMA though, and anything can happen, which is why I love this sport and makes it entertaining.
