So, outside of K-1 and Glory, I'm not too familiar with the sport of Muay Thai itself. I have a few DVD's from Thailand and stuff, but outside of guys I've seen fight in K-1, or popular fighters like Sanchai or Anuwat Kaewsamrit, I don't know anything about them. What I want to know is, which Muay Thai title belts are the most prestigious? I looked around and there are things like the WBC Muay Thai, WMA, ISKA, and a few others, but I'm not sure which ones I should be keeping an eye on.

generally the stadium belts..

Lumpinee and Rajadamnern being the top 2

then Omnoi, TV7, Thailand Champ, S1, Isuzu, etc

It also depends on the weight. From 118 and up the best fighters usually don't fight for the Rajadamnern title. It happens, but not nearly as much as they fight for Lumpini and Thailand titles.

Oo0o0o0o0hh. So Stadiums like Lumpinee have their own titles then? I wasn't sure if that was the case, of if it was just a stadium where they fought for WBC titles or something.

WMC and WBC are more common to westerns,or Thais who fight outside thailand like Buakaw,Kem,Yod,Saiyok,Sagetdao,Kaew,Jomthong,Pakorn,Singmanee,Saenchai, Aikpracha,Big Ben,Lamsongkram Chuwattana and too many other Thais who fight or fought a lot outside Thailand,is much more common see these titles in hands from other people than Thailand, because everyone who compete in big Stadiums(Lumpinee,Rajadamnern,Ch7),Want to keep a belt on one of them and won Tournaments like Toyota and Isuzu Cup.

WMPF is another good organization, some guys like Saenchai,Kaew,Sagetdao,Sudsakorn,Singmanee,Sudsakorn already won the world champion belt on it.

As i said,WMC,WBC,WMPF and another muay thai organizations are not too much common to Thais who still compete on stadiums,is more a thing to westerns.

That belt is massive. The stadium belts are the midst looking form,em

As far as titles/belts go in Muay Thai the Raja and Lumpini stadium titles are the cream of the crop, the P.A.T. Thailand title is pretty close. You also have a couple of stadiums like Omnoi that are also reputable. As far as world titles go that is not an easy question to answer. A lot of "Muay Thai" world titles are actually sanctioned under modified Thai rules, not true traditional full rules due to legal limitations on certain aspects of the game (generally elbow strikes). The ISKA, WKA, WKN, WAKO pro, and IKF are some of the better of such sanctioning bodies. The WMC, WMPF, and WBC Muay Thai on the other hand, strictly follow traditional Muay Thai rules. There are also promotions that have their own champions (i.e. Thai Fight, Lion Fight, Yokkao), and tend to focus more on sensationalism and showmanship than stadium fights do.
