Harris Teeter - Beef Loin Ny Strip Steak Bnls, 8 oz


Calories = 1,150
Carbs = 50g
Fat = 39g
Protein = 109g


Unable to determine Nutrition Value - I don't even know how to call it....

4 serving of Green Beans
4 serving of sliced of Smoked Bacon (8)
4 servings of Smoked Ham, Diced
2 servings of Mix Red/Green Peppers w/ Onion (frozen premix)
2 whole onion chopped
1 stick of butter
1/4 Olive Oil
Tablespoon of: Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of: Salt

How the hell do I determine it's nutrition values and serving.. regardless, It was alot and it lasted it for 3 meals.. technically it could have lasted for 6 but today, I am sure I had what may be considered 3 servings of 4-6oz each

If I was to guess, a good 300calories?

thus putting me at nearly 1500 calorie consumed.
