A lot of people say ferguson is washed up now.

He may very well be but there is no shame in losing three in a row to gaethje, oliveira and beneil. Or even chandler if it goes to 4 in a row.

I wonder how down people are on fergusons stock? would you say he even has a shot at beating the tier 2 or tier 3 ww like pereira?

What about tier 2-4 lw like
MOst people seem to think Fiziev, Gillespie, Gamrot, Riddell, Tsarukyan, Ismagulov, Ismagulov, Topuria, and Madsen

I don’t think Tony is as washed as some seem to think. Sure he took a beating from Gaethje but so did Chandler and basically anyone else Gaethje has fought, plus Tony went almost a round and a half longer than Chandler. Then he went on to get out grappled by the champ and Dariush which I don’t think is an indication of being done.

Maybe I will be proven wrong but I think he beats Chandler. Also sorry for not answering your question I just wanted to post this

Chandler vs Gaethje was competitive.
Ferguson vs Gaethje wasn't.

Chandler vs Gaethje was competitive.
Ferguson vs Gaethje wasn't.
Chandler vs Gaethje was competitive for about two rounds, by the end it was Chandler backing up, not throwing strikes and taunting Gaethje. I also seem to remember Ferguson vs Gaethje being rather competitive early, Tony even dropped Gaethje at the end of the second round.

Just my opinion, I very well could end up being completely wrong.

Nah you're right

I think he still beats pereria. I wish he would have taken a fight with someone around Michels level instead of someone like Chandler so we could really gauge where hes at these days.

Pereira too big and fast for Tony

Tony just eats too much these days. Relying on toughness to win your fights is a tough way to make a living and an even worse way to live after the career ends.

Not sure if Ferg wins another fight in the UFC.. He only wants to fight top guys and they all beat him

Michel would make Tony look foolish in the cage. He’s too big and is fighting better than ever.

It's not who he's losing to.
It's how he's losing.
Exactly
You could make the exact same case for Woodley
"He's only losing to top guys"
Yeah but when you're getting blown out every round that doesn't matter

I'd love Tony to turn back the clock against Chandler but he's lost every single round in 3 straight fights and looked really bad doing so
