He was tested one time in Q3 of 2021, which means he wasn't tested either pre or post fight in-competition, and it was also the last time he was drug tested altogether.

Thus far it has been 10 months and 23 days since he was last tested, and for those who might try and argue that it's because he's inactive, when McGregor had zero fights in 2019 he was still tested seven times (which averages out to around one drug test every two months).

Why is inactivity an invalid argument just because of 2019? You can only test someone who’s not fighting so many times before it becomes a pain and not worth it.

If, for example, he had a fight booked, I would be much more interested in the lack of testing. But given the current landscape I have no reason to believe he’ll be fighting anytime soon.

Q3 means
July, August, September

So he very well could have tested pre / post fight

likely pre-fight

he obviously would have needed a TUE because he broke his leg

and since he hasnt been testing since Q3 its only fair to assume he bypassed the TUE altogether and did a non-disclosure retirement to avoid USADA while he heals.

once you see him back in the "pool" we can safely assume he is outta "retirement" and minimum 6 months away from a fight.

someone with more in depth knowledge may revise some points made above but basically thats whats happening IMO

USADA is poor. They can't afford to send people to all the exotic locations that Connir visits regularly
Honestly, this probably has a lot to do with it. Not being poor, but didficult to test someone who is in exotic locals regularly.
Plus Conor has been tested more than most. I do agree with ts however that this situation is suspicious.

USADA has two problems

1) No authority to test on the high seas
2) They don't have a boat fast enough to catch Conor's yachts.

He could well be out of the testing pool. Bisping became adamant a few weeks back that Conor wouldn't be fighting this year, seen a few media saying the same thing recently. That could have something to do with it.
USADA being less transparent now means people are a lot more suspicious of things like this, especially when it involves big stars.

How do we know when he is tested exactly?

Probably just using the negative results form his most recent driving infraction where he tested clean. In your face Bones.

USADA is a joke and everyone (with a brain) knows that.
If you think it works you're an idiot.
I wouldn't be surprised if Jones popped again. (cause who just willingly gives up their belt like that? That's money off the table he just threw away for absolutely nothing. Milk the belt longer and don't fight, whatever. Makes zero sense)
The fact they don't release violations now makes it even sketchier.
It was a nice attempt on paper, but it needs to go if anybody truly cares about a clean sport.
I don't, let them all juice

That reads like the bulking up isn't natural. That he'll re-enter the pool when mass is sufficient. It's against the idea of testing. Gains that show on fight night.

Being inactive means you won't be getting planned tests. Guys could easily be doping out of competition so in a way there's almost more of a reason to test. Doing PEDs in competition is asking to be caught.
