Max Holloway talks about being the "only" fighter to take Conor to a decision at 145. Max definitely has a hell of a chin. Conor knocked out everyone at 145 except him. Young Max was a beast.

Do you think we will see McGregor vs Holloway at open weight?

Max definitely wants it, would McGregor fight Holloway again?

i think the only way Conor could make 145 again is if he chopped off one of his arms. the guy has been bulking and taking who knows what for so long that i think his body is beyond able to make that weight again. plus all the bloat from alcohol doesnt help either.
perhaps Max and Conor could fight again at 155? Conor might be able to make that. or it could be at a catchweight around 160 lbs, because i dont think itd be a fight that would matter for rankings.
given those circumstances, my money would be on Max. great chin and nonstop cardio; i think he would outlast Conor and take a decision. possibly a finish late if he can get Conor on the ground and TKO him.

Max destroys Conor.

Young Max was a white belt training out of a garage in Hawaii. Conor was a weight and size bully at 145 and nothing more.

Your threads are about as good as Conor's record at 155+. That's under .500, a losing record.

I'm not a Conor fan at all, but I think he beats the brakes off of Max at any weight. All the things Max does well, I think Conor does better. If you stand and trade punches with Conor its usually not going to end well. Dustin can trade with him but only really when he mixes in the kicks, and Dustin is better all around than Max. I think if Poirier got into an ego battle and abandoned all his other techniques just to box, I take McGregor to find his chin too. Max seems way more likely than Poirier to try engaging Conor in that type of fire fight. Conor is also a lot bigger than Max now and isn't making 145 ever again, so if it happened at 155 or higher there is going to be a pretty huge strength difference as well.

I don't think Max has a chance in catchweight. He tried to go up and beat Dustin and we all watched what happened. But the factor here is gas, only Max's chance IMO and Conor's is still unknown.

Was Khabib a weight bully ? He had surgery from weight cutting damages.

This is the timeline where Max chin is finally cracked and the one who gets to take advantage of it is Mcgregor who flash KOs him in round 1 when they meet at 155.

Are you here for it?
Conor better hope so.

Max still hasn't officially been knocked down.

If Max survives the first round, which is very likely, Conor is royally fucked and it will be a massive beating.

Conor is a drunk, bloated, wastecase.

It's not 2013, bub.

Whataboutisms are a logical fallacy.

I'm not a Khabib fan so your 'gotcha' is a shitpile.

Why are you calling people weight bully's if they made weight ?

Max is a 5'10/5'11 guy at 145. How much bigger did he look then Aldo ?

So guys should have limits to how much weight they cut instead of just making weight ?

Yes.

Are you going to do anything but post logical fallacies?

When did I mention Khabib, or Max? We are talking about Conor, and how he sucks against opponents his size. 3-4, no good wins, hasn't won against any notable opponents since Obama was president.

I mean, that might be true to an extent but to discount all of his abilities is goofy. The guy can still fight really well, especially on the feet in a boxing-heavy type of fight, which is what Max brings. Conor losing to Poirier isn't a great gauge for how he would do against Max, who has much less stopping power, isn't as well rounded, and is significantly physically weaker. I'm also fairly certain Conor has been taking PEDs since that last fight as part of his recovery, given how they are tiptoeing around the USADA pool thing. He's probably strong as hell right now.

Conor is way too heavy now, I'm not sure if Max will agree to fight at 170

Huh? He's 3-4 at 155+, with no notable wins since 2016, and even that win is suspect since Eddie is in the D leagues getting destroyed by nobodies.

Conor would tear Max a new one pretty easily
