Not surprising. Max is one of the last people on the roster to talk shit about anything to anyone, even if that person did do a decent job of riling them up lol. Dude just doesn't have a bad bone in him.

Him trying to talk shit to Volk leading up to their final fight was hilarious. Volk just laughing at it the whole time and telling him outright that he doesn't believe any of it haha.

Not 100% sure what the situation is, but I would suspect that a shallow guy married a shallow woman and they're both basic and love looking like they live the "lifestyle of the rich and famous", so. . . . she probably "made" a boatload being married to him, found another branch (read: sugar-daddy), and wants that divorce money (and apparently custody).

Blows for Ilia, hope he bounces back and figures this shit out. Could be completely wrong, but regardless I hope it's something he can pull through and come out fine.

I know this is hyperbole, but in all seriousness, I do commonly hear that "women only care about money" when men are trying to downplay the importance of looks. There is some truth but there were no girls on the planet with a Bill Gates poster in their room even when he was younger, and there's virtually none that would choose him over some famous stud actor even though they may "only" be a millionaire vs the richest man in the world in Gates. Heck younger women would choose a broke Chad surfer dude over Gates, it's only when they get older and more calculated that they would be drawn further to make the business deal of settling down with Gates.

Furthermore, even if they do engage in a relationship with him, the brutal reality is that there will not be anywhere near the lust and genuine sexual energy. Someone like Gates is not a moron and will feel this deep in his soul, therefore it's why you see some men like this choose to marry based on a more genuine relationship with an average looking partner, like he and Zuckerberg did with their wives.

So I think money is a bit overrated in this respect, HOWEVER status can be very powerful and even create lust for an uglier man. For example a famous rapper that has social proof in the women's circle would be far more desirable and even magically seen as better looking and more lusted after than would a guy with equal or more money that invented some obscure tech product used in oil refining or something.

Looks or Strength is key

If you look better than other guys or look like you can fuck up other guys they get wet

Money is good if it leads to status but yeah you pretty much hit the nail on the head

If a girl is with you for the money it’s a business decision not just they are wet for you. Take the money away and she’s gone.

If she can take your money she will and she will be spending it with her boy toy
