Matt Mitrione: NFL vs UFC earnings?

Anyone got an idea what kind of difference someone like Mitrione sees in earnings between his NFL career and UFC one?

Mitrione was only in the NFL for one season and played in nine games, ten years ago. Barely a cup of coffee. That being said, he probably made good money that one season. Not exactly sure how that compares to his fighting career.
